Penn will lead the company expansion strategy. She started the first woman-owned tech firm in the state of Texas in 1993. Penn has an extensive background in the startup and venture capital world. She has help launch 30+ founders, through every stage of the startup business cycle, including acquisition. In addition, she has consulted with agencies and organizations that directly support the Oil & Gas, Public Safety, Real Estate & Construction, and the Warehouse/Manufacturing related sectors. She has worked across the United States, Washington-DC, Canada, Mexico, Poland, Dubai, and much of Asia on technology and security-based projects.
As the Founder of Techpak – one of premier tech events for K-12 students in greater Houston, used her ability to connect and build collaborative relationships across educational institutions and corporations. By strategically aligning both corporate social responsibility and educational learning objectives with best practices in STEM, STEAM, and STREAM.
