What resolution image should I upload with my release?

We encourage you to upload high-resolution images with your releases. This makes it easier for media to use those when writing content, as they don’t have to go searching for them.

What are the submission deadlines?

Press Releases must be submitted by 7:00 pm Eastern Time Sunday through Thursday to be distributed on the following morning. Releases are not distributed on Saturday & Sunday.

I can’t remember my username or password

Passwords can be reset from the login page by using your username or email. If you can’t remember your username and are sure your company has an account, please email us at: [email protected] and we’ll assist you asap.

How do I delete a press release?

Select ‘Your Releases’ from the Press Release drop-down menu, then find the release you wish to delete, hover over the title with your mouse and you will see ‘Trash’ appear

How do I change my company boiler?

You can change your company boiler across all of your published releases at the same time by going to the ‘My Account’ drop-down and selecting ‘Update Profile’ – From here you can change logos, boilers, social media handles, and media contact info.

Can I upload already published or old releases?

Yes! We encourage you to upload all past press releases that have been published, especially those which show major milestones or product announcements. When uploading, select the date they were originally published on and they’ll be correctly backdated once approved. These will appear in your company profile and make it easier for media to research your brand and quickly find important information.

Can I edit a press release once it’s gone live?

If you’ve just submitted a release and realize there’s an error, you can trash that release and re-post a new one with corrections. However, if the release has been approved by us and already gone live on the site, we disallow edits by users.
